Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:
- Unused;
- Undamaged;
- Returned in their original packaging; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized products;
- Opened or used products; and
- Promotional or clearance items, where applicable.
Once the return has been approved by the Seller:
- An exchange may be offered;
- A refund may be issued using the original payment method; or
- Store credit may be granted.
Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from an error attributable to the Seller.
Refunds are issued within a maximum period of 7 following approval of the return.
