PVD Gold Plated : Gold plated jewelry is made by using electricity to deposit and bond a very thin layer of gold over another metal ( 316 stainless steel or Eco-conscious copper base ). making it the perfect option for those who want to wear quality jewelry without breaking the bank.

• At FIORA, our aim is to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. If purchasing multiple products, they will be packed together in the same FIORA keepsake jewellery box (when possible).  
• If you're buying something for yourself and someone else, please let us know in the note section if you would like any specific pieces to be packed in separate keepsake jewellery boxes.

Jewellery can experience discolouration over time due to multiple factors including exposure to moisture, chemicals and air. Metals like silver and gold are delicate, and despite our best efforts, they can still fade due to a process called oxidation.

Plating rubbing off naturally occurs with wear and tear, and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

You can follow these simple steps to help your gold plated jewellery last longer:

• Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. Or ensure to wipe completely dry after coming into contact with moisture.
• Allow perfume, lotions and creams to be absorbed into skin before putting on your jewellery.
• After use, clean jewellery gently with a soft dry cloth (all orders come with a special FIORA jewellery cloth) to remove any oil or dust and restore their shine.
• When not in use, store your jewellery in your FIORA jewellery box in cool, dry place to prevent oxidation, scratching and chains getting tangled.
• Try to prevent your jewellery from knocking into counter tops and rubbing against each other. 

We offer warranty on all items with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items. It does not cover wear & tear.

At FIORA, order will get shipped out the day after purchase.

You will receive your tracking number after your order has been fulfilled.

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or accept cancellations for change of mind.
